Last night, my husband and I had the pleasure of witnessing the mesmerizing jazz duo, Acute Inflections, transported us to the vibrant era of the Harlem Renaissance. Throughout the set, the duo engaged in a captivating musical dialogue and comedy. Their combination of old and current selections in a jazzy style was "perfecto." Their music is a love letter to the Harlem Renaissance.

This was definitely a classic event. They kept it spicy. Kept my attention all night. Wasn't too short and wasn't too long.

We attended the acute inflections show in Birmingham, Alabama 7 Mar 2025. I didn't know exactly what to expect, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. It was an absolutely awesome blend of comedy and jazz. The interaction of the couple seemed very genuine. The bass music and the range from "L" , the singer, was incredible. I highly recommend that you get a chance to see these guys perform. Their interaction with the audience was uncanny. It was a nice blend of showmanship, talent, and comedy. As a topper, it was all for great causes. And this, I most admire. An absolute must-see!

A beautiful well thought out setting, with purposefully placed candles, gifts, persons down to the water!! The setting complimented their generes music, style, down to clothing and personality!! The beautifully talented songstress and bass player were exquisite in their deliveries and abilities to engage the audience. They had their audience join them and took us on a short jazzy, sexy, tour of imagination. ❤️❤️ Come back to Roanoke VA anytime!!

The music, banter, witticism, and hospitality were on point that evening. My lady and I thoroughly enjoyed the show and even had the opportunity to take a photo with the Husband Wife duo afterwards. We had VIP tickets so we were in the third row which made for a great vantage point for pictures. They reinvest into the community so every little bit helps when showing your gratitude at the end of the show. Thanks again for providing us with an intimate entertaining evening.

This was more than a show, it was an experience! The atmosphere swaddles you in a sophisticated yet safe space. The attire sets the tone for the evening, allowing you to feel sexy and free to enjoy quality time with your mate. The chemistry between the duo is playful, however the sounds of the base along with her vocals captures you like a dance which compliments each other well. Although this was a Valentine’s Day event, that fell on my actual birthday, I would definitely come see their show again. This was an ultimate date night experience!
